South Korea's largest mobile operator, SK Telecom, has partnered with Aptos and Atomrigs Lab to improve its Web3 wallet service and provide users with a better experience. The collaboration aims to enhance the capabilities of the wallet, known as T wallet, and create a seamless and secure Web3 environment. SK Telecom expressed its intention to improve connections with customer-preferred mainnets and decentralized applications (dApps) through this partnership. The integration with Aptos will mark SK Telecom's venture into a non-Ethereum virtual machine blockchain, expanding its services. The collaboration also follows SK Telecom's recent partnership with CryptoQuant for the launch of the T wallet. Additionally, South Korea's prosecution unit dedicated to investigating crypto crime is overwhelmed with cases, highlighting the surge in crypto-related scams in the country.
