A class action lawsuit has been filed against Abercrombie & Fitch, alleging that the fashion company's former CEO, Michael Jeffries, was involved in a sex trafficking scheme. The lawsuit claims that Jeffries used his position as CEO to exploit attractive young men who believed they were being hired as Abercrombie models. The complaint states that Jeffries ran a sex trafficking operation, coercing and forcing young men into sexual acts in exchange for money and promises of employment. The lawsuit also implicates Jeffries' long-time partner, Matthew Smith, in the alleged abuse. The plaintiffs are seeking a trial by jury and damages. Abercrombie & Fitch has declined to comment on the pending litigation.
