Installation

To install the add-on you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Marketplace and log in under the account of the order owner
  2. Go to the order with the module “amoCRM (Kommo) integration”, there you can see a link to download the module archive
  3. Install the downloaded archive in your store (standard for CS-Cart installation: Add-ons → Manage add-ons, select in the gear menu Manual installation, download the archive in the window that appears and click the Install button.

Settings

Before configuring the add-on in the CS-Cart admin panel, set up an integration in amoCRM. Follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the amoMarket tab on the left side of your amoCRM panel.
  2. Click on the three dots button ("...") in the upper right corner, then select "Create integration".
  3. In the new window, choose "External integration".
  4. Fill in all fields in the integration settings window. Make sure you correctly specify the value in the "Redirect URL" field.
In the "Redirect URL" field, specify a link in the format https://example.com/index.php?dispatch=mc__amo_crm.oauth_callback, replacing example.com with the domain of your online store.

Copy the secret key from the integration values in amoCRM settings.

Abandoned / Live carts
