Usage
Installation
To install the add-on you need to complete the following steps:
- Go to the Marketplace and log in under the account of the order owner
- Go to the order with the module “amoCRM (Kommo) integration”, there you can see a link to download the module archive
- Install the downloaded archive in your store (standard for CS-Cart installation: Add-ons → Manage add-ons, select in the gear menu Manual installation, download the archive in the window that appears and click the Install button.
Settings
Before configuring the add-on in the CS-Cart admin panel, set up an integration in amoCRM. Follow the instructions below:
- Open the amoMarket tab on the left side of your amoCRM panel.
- Click on the three dots button ("...") in the upper right corner, then select "Create integration".
- In the new window, choose "External integration".
- Fill in all fields in the integration settings window. Make sure you correctly specify the value in the "Redirect URL" field.

1. Secret key
Copy the secret key from the integration values in amoCRM settings.
2. Integration ID
Copy the integration ID from the integration settings values in amoCRM settings.
Abandoned / Live carts

Abandoned carts pipeline
This setting determines in which funnel in the CRM system the transactions corresponding to the baskets in the online store will be added.
Pipeline stage
This setting determines in what status the deal for an abandoned cart will be created.
Waiting time for creating a deal
Specify the time interval in seconds after which a deal will be created in CRM for an abandoned cart.
Synchronization Settings

Synchronize users
The setting determines the method by which users will be synchronized between the AMO CRM system and the website.
Available:
- Both ways
- From website to CRM
- From CRM to website
Synchronize orders
The setting determines how orders from the site and AMO CRM deals will be synchronized with each other.

Synchronization Users Settings

Create a new lead when a user registers
When this setting is active, leads will be created in CRM when a user is created
Pipeline contacts
Pipeline in which contacts will be created
Pipeline contact status
This setting determines in which status the lead will be created for the created contact.
Additional settings
Settings to automatically transfer data from UTM tags and other parameters of advertising campaigns to the corresponding fields of agreements in amo/kommo CRM

Configuration recommendations
- Make sure all fields in your CRM match these settings.
- Use these settings to automatically link UTM tag information to the appropriate fields on deals.
