Description

MC: OZON integration (Beta) is an add-on from Maxi Cart team for CS-Cart platform (all editions) and MultiVendor (all editions) 4.11.1 - 4.18.2.

The add-on will help you simplify your work with the OZON marketplace

Add-on allows:

  • Synchronize prices between your CS-Cart store and OZON marketplace;
  • Synchronize the balances (availability) of goods between your CS-Cart store and the OZON marketplace. The module works both together with the "Warehouses" module and without it;
  • You can choose which CS-Cart product field you will use to link to a product on the marketplace. For example: product ID, product code, specify the value in a separate field. Or add your own product field for this purpose (for example, use an identifier from the 1C accounting system);
  • Synchronize orders with orders from the marketplace. The module allows you to get a list of unprocessed FBS shipments using CRON and display them in the administration panel of your CS-Cart store.
  • You will be able to view the list of available marketplace promotions directly from the store's CS-Cart administration panel. The page of available promotions also displays information about products available for participation in promotions.

Usage

Installation

To install the add-on you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Marketplace and log in under the account of the order owner
  2. Go to the order with the module “OZON интеграция”, there you can see a link to download the module archive
  3. Install the downloaded archive in your store (standard for CS-Cart installation: Add-ons → Manage add-ons, select in the gear menu Manual installation, download the archive in the window that appears and click the Install button.

1. Client Id (Идентификатор клиента)

Укажите в данном поле Идентификатор клиента из личного кабинета Маркета.

2. API key (API ключ)

Получите API key (API ключ) в настройках личного кабинета OZON продавца.

3. Поле артикула

Поле товара в CS-Cart которое будет использовано как артикул на стороне маркетплейса.

4. Ценовая маржа, %

Настройка определяет маржу цен между сайтом и Маркетплейсом. Вы можете задать какую наценку (в процентах) нужно прибавить к цене перед отправкой цен на Маркетплейс.

Настройка поддерживает отрицательные значение (первым знаком в значении настройки, в таком случае должен быть -).

5. Склад по умолчанию

Настройка используется для обновления остатков в случае если на Маркетплейсе создано более одного склада.

Настройка используется когда модуль "Склады" неактивен.

6. Статус заказа

Настройка определяет статус заказа, который будет присвоен всем новым заказам создаваемым в момент синхронизации.

Товары [CLONE]

Для корректной работы функционала синхронизации цен и остатков необходимо настроить соответствие товаров в магазине к товарам на Маркете. Нужные Вам настройки находятся на странице "Товары → Товары → *Страница настроек конкретного товара* → вкладка "MC: Wildberries".

1. OZON ID товара

В данном поле необходимо указать значение идентификатора товара в системе Маркетплейса.

Вы можете не заполнять поле "OZON ID товара" вручную. Оно может быть заполнено автоматически через кнопку "Получить ID товара с маркета" или по CRON.

Для корректной работы автоматического заполнения артикул товара на Маркетплейсе должен совпадать со значением поля выбранного как "Поле артикула" на сайте.

2. В наличии

Доступна кнопка "Обновление остатков". По нажатию на данную кнопку наличие данного товара на Маркетплейсе будет обновлено.

3. Действия

Служебные действия с товарами на Маркетплейсе. Доступны следующие действия:

  • Архивировать — Архивирует товар на Маркете (возможность этого действия вынесена на отдельную привелегию администратора)
  • Восстановить из архива — Восстановить товар из архива на Маркете (доступно только после архивации)
  • Удалить — Полностью удалить товар с Маркетплейса (доступно только после архивации)

Данная секция содержит поля для работы с ценой товара на Маркетплейсе

5. Информация

Информационная секция служит для того, чтоб Вы могли убедиться что правильно настроили синхронизацию данного товара (связали товар с правильным товаром на Маркете).

Склады [CLONE]

Если Вы используете модуль "Склады", то для корректной работы функционала обновления остатков Вам нужно проставить соответствие складам магазина к складам Маркета. Нужные Вам настройки находятся на странице "Администрирование → Магазины и ПВЗ → *Страница настроек конкретного склада* → вкладка "Модули" → секция "MC: Wildberries".

Обновление цен и наличия [CLONE]

Работа с функционалом синхронизации осуществляется в автоматическом (по CRON) и ручном (по нажатию кнопки) режимах.

Вы можете перейти на страницу с данным функционалом по пути: "Товары → OZON интеграция → Синхронизация с маркетплейсом".

На данной странице отображен полный список доступных CRON заданий и кнопки для ручного запуска синхронизации. Обратите внимание, что CRON задания Вы должны самостоятельно добавить на выполнения в панели управления сервером (или обратиться к системному администратору).

New functionality:

  • On the category editing page in the “Modules” tab, the “Ozon category” setting has been added. This setting allows you to link categories with categories and types of products on the Marketplace. In the future, it will be possible to create products on the Marketplace through the functionality of the module.
  • On the product editing page in the “MC: OZON integration” tab, “Price types” settings have been added for the “Price (on Marketplace)”, “Minimum price” and “Premium price” fields. You have the opportunity to select one of the options: “Specify a static value”, “Margin value in the main store currency”, “Margin value in %”, “Discount value in the main store currency” or “Discount value in %”.
  • Added the “Update stock balances” setting for the product. This setting allows you to specify the default warehouse for updating inventory at the item level. It will only be displayed if the "Warehouses" module is not active.

Bug fixes:

  • When using the product code as the “SKU Field” on OZON, errors occurred when automatically matching products. Corrected.
  • CS-Cart Ultimate. Importing products available for more than one storefront did not work correctly. Corrected.

Bug fixes:

  • The language variable was missing on the Marketing -> Promotions & Discounts -> MC: OZON Integration: Promotions page. Corrected.

  • In the administrative panel, when switching to a remote order, a PHP error occurred (instead of 404). Fixed.

  • Добавлено отображение сообщений о количестве обновленных товаров при запуске обновления цен и остатков через командную строку (по CRON).
  • На странице "Заказы -> Все заказы" в окне "Расширенный поиск" добавлена возможность поиска по заказам синхронизированным с OZON.

  • При импорте необработанных FBS отправлений с Маркета значение цен для товаров будет равным значению цены на OZON (ранее значение цены было равно значению цены товара на сайте).

Исправления ошибок:

  • На странице "Товары -> Товары -> Редактирование конкретного товара -> вкладка "MC: OZON интеграция" возникала JS ошибка при нажатии кнопки "Получить ID товара с Маркета" если товар не был найден. Исправлено.

New features and improvements:

  • Added information about the product received from the Marketplace (name, photo, prices) on the product editing page.
  • Added a separate privilege for administrators to remove products from the Marketplace (previously, the functionality was available to an administrator who had privileges to edit module information).
  • Added module setting "Price margin, %". The setting allows you to set the price margin that you want to set for products on the Marketplace.
  • On the page "Products -> *Editing a product* -> in the tab "MC: OZON integration", the field of the product "Price (on the Marketplace)" has been added. You can specify the price of this product on the Marketplace. It will be used for synchronization. Leave the price equal to 0 so that its value is not taken into account at the time of synchronization. This price ignores the margin value from the module settings.
  • Added module setting "Default warehouse". The setting is used to update balances if more than one warehouse rFBS has been created on the Marketplace (it is used when the Warehouses module is inactive). Leave the setting empty if you are using only one warehouse.
  • Added support for the Ukrainian language.

Bug fixes:

  • When synchronizing prices, price values were transferred incorrectly if the store's main currency was not RUB. Corrected.
