The German tour operator Tui is considering the possibility of no longer being listed on the London Stock Exchange. This decision would have negative implications for London's status as a global financial center. Tui, which is currently listed in both London and Frankfurt, has been approached by shareholders to discuss whether delisting from the London Stock Exchange would be in the best interests of its shareholders. The company has observed that a significant portion of its stock trading has shifted from the United Kingdom to Germany in recent years. Tui believes that a single listing in Frankfurt could offer advantages such as centralized liquidity, a clearer investment profile, and cost reduction.
