List of add-on functionality:
- Transferring complete information about orders to CRM: customer data, a list of products, information about selected delivery and payment methods, applied promotions and promo codes.
- Transferring information about callback requests to CRM.
- Two-way exchange of order statuses. Those. when you drag a deal through the funnel in AMO, the order will change its status in the CS-Cart store as well.
Usage
Installation
To install the add-on you need to complete the following steps:
- Go to the Marketplace and log in under the account of the order owner
- Go to the order with the module “amoCRM (Kommo) integration”, there you can see a link to download the module archive
- Install the downloaded archive in your store (standard for CS-Cart installation: Add-ons → Manage add-ons, select in the gear menu Manual installation, download the archive in the window that appears and click the Install button.
Settings
Before configuring the add-on in the CS-Cart admin panel, set up an integration in amoCRM. Follow the instructions below:
- Open the amoMarket tab on the left side of your amoCRM panel.
- Click on the three dots button ("...") in the upper right corner, then select "Create integration".
- In the new window, choose "External integration".
- Fill in all fields in the integration settings window. Make sure you correctly specify the value in the "Redirect URL" field.

1. Secret key
Copy the secret key from the integration values in amoCRM settings.
2. Integration ID
Copy the integration ID from the integration settings values in amoCRM settings.
Working with built-in functionality
This section provides information solely on the functions that "amoCRM (Kommo) integration" adds.
We strongly recommend that you read the documentation for using CS-Cart before starting to work with the add-on.
Profile fields
In the "Administration" section, go to "Profile Fields" and select "Profile Field Edit Page". In the "General" tab, under the "MC: AMO CRM" section, you can match the profile field of your online store with the contact field in AMO CRM.
